dawn asked: in phase 1 are you suppose to go by what it says to do days 1 - 14 or can do as you wish as long as your going by the list of foods you can have or use the phase 1 recipes ? I have noticed in some recipes it calls for some foods that are not on the list like alvacado. thanks in advance.

However, my hubby has to take a lunch every day and I’m finding it very difficult to come up with something other than salad and lettuce wraps. Anybody have any ideas or recipes that would keep him satisfied? His work is very physical at times, so he needs the fuel at lunch time! Although we’ve done the 2 weeks for the phase 1- he still needs to lose weight - and quickly due to health reasons, so we’re trying to stay as close to the phase 1 foods as we can.

jean asked: the recipes they gave in the book are all 4 servings, how many out of the 4 servings am I suppose to eat? do I have to eat all 4 servings, that’s a lot for one person or do I have 1 serving, so the recipe is actually meant for 4 people or 4 meals?
and if I reach my ideal weight before the phase 1 is over, do I stop phase 1, skip phase 2 and go right to phase 3?
