She reccomends the South Beach diet. She told me not only will the weight “melt” off, but its being done the healthy way. Well, I looked it up, it looks easy. How can something this easy work so well? In the 1st 2 weeks it says I can lose anywhere from 8-13 pounds! Can you imagine that? And giving up the carbs for the 1st 2 weeks wont be hard because years ago I did Atkins and succeeded ( but I gained a lot back after death in the family and stress, and now I found out I have PCOS which causes obesity)..
So, just wanted to know if anyone has tried it and succeeded or failed and if there is any adive, recipes, or tips I need to know to start this and FINISH this. I am going to lose weight, I am not giving up on myself!
